Kindly Note:
Accommodation in Sulawesi, especially in rural or regency areas, is generally very basic and may not align with international standards in terms of comfort and service. In some remote areas, guests may stay in local homes, sleeping on floor mattresses and sharing bathrooms that typically have squat toilets. Many of these accommodations do not provide Wi-Fi or air conditioning, and bed sizes vary, with queen-size beds being the most common. Most hotels are older, have not been renovated, and offer only simple facilities and breakfast. Travelers should be prepared for modest conditions and an authentic local experience.
